We fail demonstrably as a human mass. We can and must do better. ANimalsn do not desrve to be treated this way. Human children do not deserve this wither. We are a global death cult.
Shattered, squandered bodies. The suffering as a whole. Not worth it. What could possibly justify the killing of a bull?
Where is the empathy for others, other species, anything that can suffer, that derives from your own horrible suffering? Where is the ethic reflected in humans’ everyday behaviors that would/could/should mitigate the immeasurable pain, the dying agony of trillions of living things?
This is why lifeless planets are “better”.
